The community of Kereru Park Campus is proud of our culturally capable learning environment where our children (83% Māori) learn in either three rumaki Māori classes or English medium/reo rua classes. We therefore seek an innovative, future-focused leader with strength and experience in tikanga and te reo Māori who is passionate about the holistic learning and cultural identities of our ākonga.

Applicants must be able to lead a curriculum underpinned by Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, be committed to genuine student voice, and in developing critically conscious, culturally sustaining, evidence-based practice.

The new principal/tumuaki will enjoy working with a very supportive board and a dedicated staff many of whom are fluent in te reo Māori. They will also connect with our tamariki and whānau and enjoy a community that values and advocates for an education that fits their children’s identities.
